Resolved -
We have not identified any more issues over the last few hours and have observed that Cogent Communications have marked their outage as resolved.
We will continue to send all traffic via our alternative route for the remainder of today and once we are satisfied that there are no further risks to the Sipalto network we will re-route data centre traffic accordingly.

Monitoring -
We have been made aware that an outage has occured at around 13.30 within the Cogent Communications network who are the provider to many major network operators in the UK. This has directly impacted our network located at Verne Data Centre in Central London.
As of around 13.50 our network traffic has been re-routed away from the Cogent Communications network via Telehouse Data Centre in East London which has restored all services.
The outage has been marked as resolved but we will continue to monitor the network closely for the rest of the day. If you continue to experience any further issues please email support@sipalto.com or call our team on 0330 580 8080
