Cloudflare has confirmed a fix has been implemented to their systems and we are seeing support emails flow normally again. We wil continue to monitor the system closely for the rest of the day.

Monitoring -
Our ticketing system appears to be back up again albeit running slower than usual, we will monitor closely and send further updates should the service degrade again, for the time being emails should be working again but may take longer than usual to be received.

Investigating -
Due to a global Cloudflare outage our support ticketing system is currently down, this means we will not receive or be able to respond to emails sent to support@sipalto.com
